Taken from a post I made on my forum before they... died..
Just copied and pasted that, so there are some non-following/leading things in there

Us smaller races (Faeling, Furrikin) should be able to SIT (person) without sliding off too the ground. That said, everyone should be able to PUSH (person) and if that person is sittin on the pusher's lap, then the sitter will fall to the gound like normal.
Also, I'd like to see more ways of following. Continuing from the sitting thing, make Faeling able to sit on a walker's head or shoulder. Allow races with greater STR be able to carry a person.. though that one should be an AGREE kinda thing. Allow Aslaran to lead someone, using their tail as a leash, or just have people hold onto the tail to be led around...
Lastly.. have forgable collars and leashes for those who might be inclined to wear those types of things. Maybe the leash could be enchanted to allow only someone on the ally list to lead them that way.. Or married couples/engaged couples?
One last thing now that we're on married/engaged.. It might seem like a stupid idea, but maybe there could be a more private (meaning not on Honours) couple system that would let people start a family, but not be engaged, or married.. I mean, come on, we are supposed to be role playing.. Men are supposed to be commitment phobic! Anyway, that's all from me for now..

Following in Lusternia is very different from what I'm used to. I'd be happy if I could just see inside the room I'm being led into.

So make a trigger on "You follow" that does QL.

Lets try that, you can follow me and I can run around (I'm also one of the fastest runners, I'm faster then a vampire from Aetolia with celerity up).

It would be indeed very nice if you could see what is in a room when you are led around, some option like 'brief' and 'verbose'.
In my eyes the whole grouping needs to be worked over. I always find it very annoying that at the slightest happening the group gets split up, for example when one of the group members is still recovering balance/eq or whatever.

What about a Catch Up skill in well... Not sure yet. Basically a skill that lets you run to your group one location or two away when you get left when you use balance.

Flow, Beam, and Portal.

What I have in mind is something like this. Keep the following like it is but also add something more useful.
Following should be used just for some quick, well...following, nothing more.
But you should also be able to form a real team.
The team leader can invite others to join her or his team. The invited would have to accept the invitation and she would then join the team.
One effect would be that they would stay in the team even if someone would leave them room without you. You would have a team command that tells you who is in the team and maybe gives a rough overview on each member's health status, something like..is in good shape, hurt, not in good shape, bad shape, terribly hurt...something like that, it would depend on %-ranges of one's health. That would give those who maybe can heal some options to heal their team-members.

Is there a "pacing" ability in Lusternia, like the one Serpentlords get in Achaea? Lets you follow someone when they gallop/sprint/dash.
As a brief aside, I'd like to see the room names that I pass through when I sprint. It seems unnatural that I simply sprint and don't see anything at all of the environment I pass through. (Also, it makes syncing my automapper a pain in the neck.)

When that happens I just get a few rooms skipped and a few rooms QLed multiple times, but that still gives me a better idea of where I am and what's going on than not doing it, which is the only alternative I can see.
