Can we please have books and somewhere to store them? Either libraries like Aetolia (preferable) or just the book cases. But it would really be nice.

Yeah, what's the use of there being a library room in our guildhall if we can't put books in it?

I think, before Lusternia rushes into something, we should figure out something original for the book system. The bookcases system in Achaea is realistic, because in a library you can actually take a certain book from the shelves...but the Aetolia system is very efficient.
I think Lusternia should implement its own system. I don't have an idea yet to toss out there, but I'll think about it, and try and come up with something.
EDIT: Ok, I thought of something. Hah, I'm fast. How about there being a Scribes Clan - anyone can join if they feel sometime in the future they would like to offer literature to the rest of the Basin. It would work like craft skills in Aetolia and Achaea, (although you don't need an ability to scribe - the syntaxes for writing should be pretty much the same as in other IRE games).
If you want a book published, you have to put it in the queue, and have a certain amount of other scribes approve it. I don't exactly know how the crafting-guild-queue-systems work in Achaea/Aetolia, because I'm not in one of them. However, it seems like, although it might take a little longer for books to be published, scribes would actually feel more involved, and there would be less crap scribings.
As for the library system, I think it should be the one from Aetolia, personally, because it's a lot easier and more efficient.

I like how Imperian does it. They use both books and a library system. You can also buy copies of the books from the library. I like books, because you can carry them around, but the library makes sure the work never gets lost.
