I get a gray screen when I try to play the game. I didn't find any support listed on the website. Anyone have any advice?

ummm you mean when you try to use java? make sure your able to run java on your machine with the JVM

How long do you give it? Sometimes it takes a whole for the load bar to pop up. Give it 5 min before you give up.
