Not sure if it goes here, but anyway...
Due to extreme stupidity of my internet provider, the only ports I can use are 25 and 110. Any ideas on how to connect to Lusternia using only them, not port 23?

25 and 110? Very odd. 23 is standard telnet, 80 is standard HTML.
The best bet would be to connect to a server through a proxy on one of those two ports, then have that proxy server connect to Lusternia directly. You'd need a willing proxy however, and it would need to be external due to your internet problems.

That really is absurd. You should call them up and demand that the ports be opened. You're paying for internet access, after all, not just web access.
