I'm wondering if anyone can tell me specifically (as in what afflictions or how much health if that's the case) hod and gedulah in highmagic do, what stops you from using them etc. I currently haven't the slightest idea about them.

Well.. I'm yet to find something Gedulah doesnt cure. And thats using it after an Ethelon attack, with the pegasus and Handmaiden going to town on me. The spam from the cure was really quite breathtaking.

Hmm, Gedulah has only ever cured one affliction at a time for me *chin*

I believe that Gedulah is supposed to target 'mental' afflictions, while Hod targets physical.

At least, that's what they sound like they're supposed to do, not sure if its true.
