I was under the impression that wash in cosmic is what cures hartstone aeon. Does it not cure it, is this a bug or am I mistaken?

Aeon is only cured by cleanse if it's aeon from Hartstone sap. Tarot or Moondancer aeon is cured by reishi (I think) or phlegmatic.

No, that spell you just showed is cleanse, which DOES clear Hartstone sap.
There is also the totally unrelated Soulwash, which is a cosmic spell (I think it's enchantable), which cures some other stuff, but not sap.
EDIT: Upon actually checking, I'm told soulwash isn't enchantable. *cough*
