I must say, this is the first in a long time I am content of the balance of power in Lusternia. Conflict is still existant, which is a good thing. Not much of it sadly, but that will change in some time.
About the balance: before, Magnagora was about twice (or even more) strong as Celest and Serenwilde added together. Now, if you add these two, their military strength and power is about equal to those of Magnagora. Although the city of Taint is still stronger then others individually, I don't consider it bad. Since both Celest and Serenwilde can be considered 'good', or at least 'anti-Taint', they are in opposition to Magnagora. In that case, their side of the conflict should be about as strong as the other one to make things fair - and it is like that. Other IRE muds have their only evil city about as strong as every other, which makes it pathetic in conflict, since when one arises, all the cities team up against the evil one. If this would happen here, Magnagora wouldn't lose, since it isn't much weaker then the other places combined together, and it wouldn't triumph over others too easily (if it would happen, of course), because it isn't much stronger either. That makes things fair, which is a good thing.
Short version: current status quo = good.

I don't consider myself anti-taint. More like anti-fools.
