If situations in game happened in real life? Way too many people would be randomly collapsing laughing in the streets, and road-death would rise dramatically as hapless passers-by rolled under cars in hysterical fits.

Also English schoolchildren would wage war on foreigners by ganging together and sitting on people so teachers could poke them with pointy rulers.

And random toddlers would be robbed at pre-school by fallen priests named Adrihn. *cough*

And don't forget a revival in weapon sales... When someone who has played the game for 3 days forges me a weapon, I feel slightly weird. Heh, just what we need, toddler forgers.
