Summoning people into enemy territory should be stopped if you have pk careful on, or something. It's a real bummer when you think someone's already in the village, summon them, and have 8 skills knocked down from Trans.

Or perhaps a message stating that you're unable to instead of you attempting to do it, succeeds, then get into trouble.
Shiri2005-02-04 17:57:01
Or even receiving a different message if you did it when they were in enemy territory.

Yup.
Why make something do-able if it's illegal? Make it like summoning into/out of cities

-aquacast summon terenas
This would be summoning into enemy territory and is illegal.

My entire offense now consists of single-slinging runes and blast.
I hate disfavours.

If you got a disfavour, this means its not the first time... you do know you have a nifty little thing called scry right?
I made the mistake of summoning into enemy territory once, after that, if I was in a village, I scryed first. Maybe you should also bring your demesne into the village and only the village and have another aquamancer demesne the road. Yes it makes it a bit weaker, but it is better then you becomeing weaker no?

No, Nementh. It was the first time, and in fact, the Oneiroi said to me:
"Since it's your first offence, you didn't directly cause his death and you didn't intend to summon him into the village, we're only giving you a light punishment."
If four real days of a complete inability to fight in any meaningful fashion is light, I wonder what there is beyond shrubbing.

Loss of levels and peace for 1 week+
I agree with Ceres, if the rule is going to remain, at least make it so we can't break it accidentaly because the skills aren't limited.
