Sometimes you just have to send more than 5 items via letter, but this is impossible. I suggest a sort of bulk package system... you REQUEST PACKAGE at the post office, for the cost of 100 gold, and then may fill it with up to 50 items. Each item put into the package raises the cost of sending it by 5 gold (So a maximum of 250 gold, plus the 100, equals 350 gold to send it).

Packages may be written upon, same as letters.

The pigeon keeper wanders out and dumps a cage of pigeons onto your package. A handful of them grab onto the top and fly away, flapping their wings madly and turning back to give you hateful looks.

Makes it look like he actually dumped the cage on it, with the birds inside.

The hateful look thing is classic though. I swear, never leave Lusternia.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure each commune/city have a different mailing system... like Celest has doves, and seren has owls or something. If not... get em!

Do something different for each city/commune.

Just make sure it's pigeon, not pidgeon. And for that matter, deposit.
