So, I know we haven't seen firsthand Curses, but I think we've had a little time to see how powerful blessings can be and lots of time to sleep on the theories involved. Make your voice heard!

Blessings are indeed overpowered. I stand by my statement, that since Karma is designed to curb PK, the blessings should appeal to those other then PKers. This means Beauty is fine, Harmony is fine, etc. War is not fine, Knowledge is definitely not fine. The curses should be bonuses to those whom don't PK, and instead offer benefit to those who bash, quest, influence, and those who only RP.

Knowledge is ridiculously overpowered. Most of the curses are easily overpowered if unchecked. Anonymous has the right idea with giving bonuses to non-pk activities.

With upkeep it might not be so bad, as the PKers will have to quest -costantly- to maintain the ones they need because they lose them when they kill them. As well as getting cursed. Which may just force them to bother the questers more, or they might give up. (Which are good.) The experience gain one still annoys the heck out of me just because I don't want to have to get it to keep up with everyone else, but that's just me. Notably just about everyone thinks they're overpowered. 13/15. A sign?

I understand curses are 'in the house' as it were, so I thought I'd bump this back to the top before a similar poll gets started in its place. Although I suppose some people may have changed their mind now...
