Central square within the Institute.
An enormous fountain in the center of the square dominates the area, jets of
brilliant water bursting forth from the mouths of picturesque dolphin and sea
wolf statues. Largest among the statues in the fountain is that of a faceless,
genderless being, rising above the square to look down with a sightless gaze
about the area. Scattered around the square in circular plots are groups of
trees and other plants, from a single mighty oak in one plot to a well kept
collection of flowers in another. Seats and benches surround cherrywood tables
that cover the square in places, providing ample relaxation for many. A
beautifully carved chess board is attached firmly to a heavy stand here. A
painting of Warlord Daevos Feyranti, Marshal of Death is proudly exhibited on a
nearby wall.

He is a small, weak viscanti and is so grotesque that even his mother would not
lay eyes upon him. His big head and inflated ego are the most visible features
on his diminutive body, and from his teeth hang bits of novices, their lives
ended before their time. Not even a challenge for a faeling, the warlord is
quite an amusing figure. He is wearing: a silly party hat, a loincloth, and a
shirt with the logo, "I love Celest".
