I gave my vote to M*A*S*H. Although it isn't as quite as laugh-out-loud funny as some of the others listed, the dramatic parts are very good, the best i've seen in a show classified as a 'sitcom'.

What about X-Files I see no X-Files there? Oh, and "I love Lucy" neither.

I don't know, I really enjoy a show that recognizes the medium it is being shown on.

i.e Simpsons and the Daily Show.

It makes it a TV show instead of just a "short film often seen at a place of residence"
