As it stands, I believe you can lust/empress around all forms of city/village barriers. I've been lusted out of Serenwilde, etc... and since I couldn't be summoned out because of that barrier-thingie, I would assume that I am not supposed to empress-able?

*note* I was flying. Maybe it works while flying and not otherwise? I haven't tested it.

*note* Drago lusted me from Nil to the Megalith at Nil and I was thrown back by the barrier. He then flew and lusted me and it pulled me to it (in the air). Ironically, I can fly so I just moved one room away... he landed and the guards slaughtered him... but still.
