Meh. I actually -read- the silly things, though fat lot of good it does - whenever I try to reference a law to somebody, they pretend they can't see it so they don't have to read the Constitution. -mutter-

I can just see Rhysus writing laws just for the sake of it, knowing that no-one will read them.

I've read them, too, but I had a headache by the end. I think I remember most of them but there's probably one or two in there that I missed. (Probably the ones like the one Manjanaia referenced.)

It was more of a joke than anything else. If you even considered at any point thinking differently of Rhysus the character for that comment, you should undergo forced castration to avoid further polluting the gene pool. Thankfully I'm sure none of you had such a notion.

Course I didn't. I'm not stupid. And besides, Manjanaia is kinda disdainful of the Celestian leadership anyway.
