We have red noses available for sale from the school office before school, at lunchtime, break time and after school. The price is £1. Unfortunately we are unable to include the hair dye and face paints due to concerns over health and safety implications.

Face paints... maybe. Could always just get cosmestics. The cheap kind tend to be more colourful. Then again, cheap might = bad for health

At least a quarter of my school have dyed hair. Haven't seen any of them dropping dead, or even going bald.

I don't know, but it could have more to do with the chance that someone's allergic to the chemicals. Could the school be liable?
