Atm, of what I've seen, one of the best stores out there is Ialie's. I'll wait and see how your store will end up. (make sure to have various armour/weapons!)

Poisons, herbs, enchantments, clothes, jewelry, forged items (private cartel ones!), food, potions, comms... as much as I can jam into one store.

And yes, outside your room. I think. But two things: go ahead and get your food from her, get everything else from me. And also, Ialie's manse isn't public.
