Well, since it is really the customer who keeps a store running, I thought I would ask for a few ideas. Thing such as:

1. Which items you'd most like to see.
2. Which poisons/herbs over the others.
3. Which items do people never purchase.

I'd love the input! Try to keep it relating to those three questions (or other good ones if you find them), and no hijacking! I was going to do a poll, but this is a much better way to find out.

I'm doing this for your own good!

I have finally found a few stores with decent clothes for Etain. What I don't find much of, are accessories! Where are the cloaks, hats, belts, slippers, stockings...? There are plenty of herbs abounding, and flowers...but enchanted items seems lacking in places too.

Yeah too much practical stuff. I want random clothes!

I like to find enchantments, especially on jewelry that's not overpriced but has more than 10 charges on it. Bracelets are good for most enchantments. It's good to get a mix of the best guardian and mage enchantments, if you can.

As for poisons, I like to keep dulak, mantakaya, and charybdon stocked all the time.

I'm sure many people would appreciate it if you had packs in stock, and empty vials, too.

Enchaaantments. As Zarquan says, bracelets are good. Enchanters are hardish to find (I love having Anarias on MSN, muaha) sooo having them able to be bought would rock.

I have eight trans enchanters, so I'll look into that.

What I'd like:

Nice range of clothing and jewellery
(Especially things other than rings)

No / different enchantments on the same type of jewellery
(Would really rather not wear 10 different rings. How gaudy. )

Alchemy stuff

And things I never buy: Overpriced but have alternatives available (like a certain Seren shop with enchanted jewellery ).


My experience with shops in Mag:

Health potions sell really really well.
Mana potions sell really well.
Other alchemy stuff sell pretty well.

Most of the curing herbs are okay to pretty good.
Pennyroyal is good.
Chervil will grow mold and rot.

Food is good too.

Clothes and jewellery depend on the designs.

Oh, someone give me spores to sell, I know Magnagora sells 'em.

Ha. I thought spores were banned to people outside of Moondancers/Serenwilde? Just shows you the power of money.

Stuff for a shop: Forgings of all kinds, clothings of all kinds, not food (there are tons of food shops out there), enchantments, empty vials, alchemy elixirs, jewelry.

I can get anything, make no mistake.

It's not even all about money, it's who you know.

Psh, money talks. All you need is a rat willing to make anything for either a cypher or candid talk/special treatment. *shrug*

Edit: By the way, another suggestion would be to make sure your shop remains with stock. This would be a big difference from multiple shops out there that are stocked nothing more than with 1-4 items.

MALE CLOTHES!!!!! I mean it's soo annoying, i walk around to all the shops in Mag and find 0 to none Male Clothes. Besides that Vials and such, Armor, Absinthe? Food i guess since i'm not a chef anymore
