I seem to be having some issues with sleeping now- diagnose shows nothing afflicting me. I am a Serenguard, so I am not doing anything with dreaming... just trying to rest. I have gone from fully rested, to "do not need sleep", to slightly tired, to not tired... while sleeping. I then dropped to quite tired... I am back to "do not need sleep" now, but this does not seem right. And no one on commune chat knows anything about it, besides asking me if I am a dreamweaver.

Update: I am now at "You badly need sleep." I have not woken up since I posted.

I'm experiencing this too. Instead of getting fully rested then automatically waking up, you sleep forever until you 'WAKE' or are attacked, and gradually get more tired.

I've yet to see whether or not you now get more rested while awake.

It's not really gradually... I am slowly regenerating over time, and then suddenly losing a whole bunch at once. It then slowly regenerates until another large amount disappears, leaving me even more tired than I was before.

Are you sure people aren't testing skills while you sleep?

I'm in a room off by myself. No one around me, and I'm just having normal dreams, nothing about people attacking me or twisting anything.

And I'm not getting damaged or losing anything else.

Well of course we can't be /sure/.. most of us don't know what these new skills can do to us.
Is there a skill in Dreamweaving which may screw with the ability for people to wake up when they're fully rested?

New Update: Every time I get to fully rested, instead of waking me up, it drops my rested state down to some low amount.

I have this too now. Or at least I did when I left last night.

Heh, it was cycling your tiredness via overflow from 0, 1, 2, 3...254, 255, 0, 1, 2... rather than stopping at 255, which is "fully rested".

Your tiredness? If it gets higher as you get less sleepy, why not call it restedness?
