I've noticed we can pick up motes, which would speed the use of the skill massively. Really, really massively. So, is that intentional?

Not sure what you mean, but you don't drop motes on logout, so I'm waiting to see if they decay. If not, I'm going to stock up, because making motes midfight takes way too long.

Any mage care to explain what skills you actually get in dreamweaving and so on?

the trans skill is the Dreamweave sisterlydeath-- Kills Aesyra's instantly when activated.

And i'm still alive so that trans skill must be buggy

It is an insta-kill that takes a year to work.

A real year.

And you can stop it with an eye sigil.

Or by moving.

And any action or logging off by the dreamweaver causes it to fail.

And it doesn't strip vitae

Anyways, dreamweaving is mostly various afflictions.

And motes are fun to throw at people. Expensive, and fancy rocks. Whee.

That's a pretty dodgy trans skill if you can't move for a year.
