I'm fairly certain that the majority of Lusternia's players view the astral plane as a bashing ground. It's loaded with lots of creatures to kill that drop lots of gold and provide nice experience. Although I realize it is a plane that is used, rarely though, as a means of PK.

But when it's become apparent that some people, namely Geb in particular, can't help themselves from the abuse of some flaw in reality, it wears out those that truly enjoy Lusternia and forces them to find different sources of entertainment.

For now, it's a small concern but how long will it continue? Until, it seems, the city of Magnagora and its citizens abuse this, too?

Most times, when people are on astral, it's for mere pleasure of bashing the spheres. But lately, it's become a leeching ground for Geb to kill players and without penalty of status. It -is- obvious this is where he's found his pleasure and to be honest, it's a cheap tactic.

So is this a tactic and flaw that will be looked into or will it remain unnoticed until Serenwilde and Celest complain about it when and if Magnagora does this to them?

What abuse? PK is MEANT to happen on Astral and other planes. You travel there at your own risk.

There is NO "flaw in reality" it was designed that way.

I kill enemies I see on Astral, Amaru kills enemies he sees on Astral, Narsrim kills enemies he see on Astral, and so do miscellaneous other Magnagorans. It happens. You aren't protected there.

Tuek is right. It isn't a flaw - its just that most Magnagorans have more decency than to do that, and when they do attack, its for a reason.

I wouldn't go so far to make that generalization. I can remember quite a few times non-combatant Seren were killed on Astral by Magnagorans.

I have a general understanding with my enemies, more or less unspoken, that if I'm not bothering you don't bother me. Narsrim attacked me a couple times on astral, but not really anymore since I dont attack him unprovoked, Amaru and other enemies dont bother me. Thaddeus does, but I doubt he will anymore (that's because I learned how to use haymaker well, however). Geb attacks people he knows he can kill quick, but can be reasonable (example, he was tracking me on water and I asked him to just chill on the aethersight spam and was coming for me while I was simply getting explorer ranks. He obliged.)

I'm sure that if you talk with them and ask to leave you alone on astral, they would more than likely be willing to listen to you. If someone pleaded to me to just leave them alone on astral, I would more than likely not grief them by hunting them mercilessly. Not that everyone agrees with me here, but I'm pointing out that letting them know how you feel about it helps- not including the cold hearted bastards out there.

I said MOST, and MOST of the times it does happen its for a reason. If you are going to quote me, at least remember to quote the other bits too so it doesn't sound like I am saying something I am not.

Unfortunately, it's by all means legal, and was acually encouraged by administration, so if someone wants to go up there and simply hunt bashers, nothing can be done about that.
Quite a few times I had to leave because of that, they jump without reason. And when I can't bash, logoff is the only option, cause I don't involve myself in anything else right now and sitting idly just burns my blessings.

Astral is a hunter's paradise. You get that at a cost. Where's the problem?

What an idiot. I've never defiled an Isune shrine - as ashamed I am to admit that. And yes, I'm enemied because I skipped around her while someone else defiled.

PK is meant to happen off-plane. That's why there is no status, Karma or Avenger. Also, that's why conglutination exists.

And really.. Astral is the only -neutral- plane, Ethereal, Cosmic and Elemental are all claimed by a city/Commune.

I was just jumped by Torak, Nayl and Thorgal for no reason upon Astral. I killed Thorgal, so when Nayl and Torak die.. I will be happy

I've killed her on the astral because she and Kaervas were standing next to an Isune shrine, so I assumed they were defiling it. They both were there, and I attacked both alone. I don't get how that seems like I am being unfair.

edit: ah, you mean when you were with Lok, Etanru, Ceres and Galvadore.

And like Shadow said, Astral is the only neutral plane we have, if there's one place where we shouldn't regulate PK, it's on Astral, I'd rather encourage any random killing people like to perform up there, bashing there is so easy and simple, hasta be at least a small price to it.

I am not in her order, so I have no clue what you are enemied to her for. People have asked me to watch out for the defilling and so I did. Also, please grow up.

Next time, you should get proof of the defiling before you start attacking people for, again, no reason.

Llexyn, you come on the boards complaining about something that is the natural part of the game. Secondly you then forget to mention that you were not alone, but were standing with the Nihilist champion. I attacked you both, not just you. My attack was nothing personal, but I see you bring it to the boards as something personal. I think you need to just gain a bit more maturity. Calling someone out of his or her name, especially when your complaint is invalid, shows a dearth in maturity on your part.
