I would recommend that you read the sections on the MUSHclient web site regarding triggers and regular expressions. There are many good examples of how to capture things and respond with simple commands or complex script functions. If you have very specific questions, we can help you more easily with those.

Like I had said...I tried that...what I was looking for is someone who knows perfectly how to use MUSHclient who could explain it better than the website. I did not understand the website at all.

then its better for you to ask a specific question. its hard to answer someone who asks teach me how to script in MUSHClient...its much easier if you say, I want to make a...Health bar, how do I do it.

A specific question? That is easier said than done. How about this...

Can anyone help me figure out and set up triggers on MUSHclient?

I may not know how to set up triggers...but maybe that question helps -.-

Have you tried just creating a very, very simple trigger? Open the Triggers dialog and create a new one. Give it a straightforward pattern, like "You sit yourself down." and then make the command that it sends to the world "stand" and try that. Just sit and see if it makes you stand. That'd be the simplest example of a trigger I can come up with, and beyond that it can get very, very complex rather quickly.

I tried that...but what I did was this:

Trigger: You open your eyes and yawn mightily.

Send: Stand

hrm...it worked for me this time...but it did not before >.>

Methinks MUSHclient is messing with me or something....

Okies...now that I got that figured out...what about cure system stuff? I know how to set up triggers on java for that....but java can only hold so much....

Heh...

Seriously speak to Ethelon, or at least have a look at his afflictions list post in the Combat Guide section, it has an almost complete set of very basic cure triggers...but he does, or did, give away his whole MUSHClient system if you ask nicely.
