Achaea's seems to actually be using its addictiveness as an advertising campaign. One of the ads I saw said 'Achaea, you know you want to' or something to that effect. If heroin was advertised I imagine it having a similar ad..

I wasn't expecting much, having seen Aetolia's and Achaea's ads. I fully expected to chalk this up to whatever gene I'm missing that makes me not like anime or B movies.

I'm happy I was wrong. That's a great ad. It's way better than any of the IRE ads.
