Is it possible to qq in a stockroom?, i've heard differing opinions.

You can quit in stockroom, and you will log in in it.
At least in your own stockroom.

well i just tested it with Marcalo's Stockroom, i was ejected and put in the top of the store so theory proved.

It must be some anti-theft protection or something then.
I always quit in my stockroom and I'm never ejected outside of it.

I think if you don't own the shop and qq in the stockroom you get back in in the shop itself.

Wonder if I should idea this for manses, locked and with monolith sigils all over them. Technically it's possible for a Moondancer rescue squad to come in fetch you out with moonbeam, buuut.
