Most magical abilities are more powerful depending on the intelligence of the user. However, knowing that Dreamweaving is more spiritual than magical, perhaps Dreamweaving abilities should gain bonuses based on Charisma, rather than Intelligence. It seems to make more sense, RP-wise. The abilities, however, should probably use mana rather than ego...

You might be right, but charisma is supposed to be more for influencing (it's not like in other game systems where it can mean some sort of inner strength - if anything, it'd be wisdom based) and as such is more material than you may be used to.
Quite apart from which, forcing people to choose BOTH charisma and intelligence-strong races would narrow down their options too much. And most of the charisma-races are Serenwilde orientated, so it'd produce slight imbalance there. (Not that there are tonnes of Hartstone there ready to abuse it, but, y'know. Someday. )

Absinthe is charisma-based. It adds your ego to your health and mana.
That's good enough.

Forgive my ignorance, but...
What's Absinthe?
What's Absinthe?

An alchemical concoction that syphons off a dreamweaver's ego into health and mana. As a Celestian or Seren (possibly a Magnagoran during this event), get a dream leech off the plane of Water and bother an alchemist, probably Laysus.
