Er... I've just been informed of some disturbing news. Can anyone confirm or deny that manse willpower and endurance regeneration rooms work ONLY for the owner's allies?

I'm going to be a little disappointed if that is the case.

As will I, because I spent the credits to get regen at my store.

When I used your willpower regeneration room it seemed to work for me, unless for some bizarre reason you had me allied...
Richter2005-04-14 19:45:51
Mine?
Shamarah2005-04-14 21:28:30
Elryn's.
Richter2005-04-14 22:33:22
Good, 'cause I don't have willpower regen yet. *twiddle*

In achaea, it only worked for your allies, barring huge, huge extra credit endeavors. Like, multi-decade, guildwide credit raising type costs. I have no information on how it works here. On the other hand, Richter, if it is true that it only works on allies, then you can actually charge money for people to 'subscribe' to the service! Get your merchant hat back on!

Especially with the expanded ally lists, it isn't like achaea where only what, 20 people at a time could access the regen?

I want anyone who is able to access the glade in my forest to be able to use the regeneration. Unlike houses in the other IRE games there is already that built in filter for public access, so I'd like to think having to ally each visitor individually is unnecessary.

That and the help files mention nothing about only working for allies.

I tried your regen room and it didn't seem to work for me.
Richter2005-04-14 22:57:16
Someone try my endurance regen, it's in the waiting room. I don't think I have anyone allied right now.

Uh, there was a perms system much like, if not exactly the same, as the one we have here in Achaea. That isn't a reason for it to be changed. I guess in Achaea there was less control over other methods of travel into and out of homes, but the perms system looks the same.

Meh, I still would have preferred that it mentioned it only worked for allies before I purchased it.

Edit: If, in fact, that is the case.

HELP HOUSE_UPGRADES says so. But it's also clearly a leftover from Achaea, talking about houses and subdivisions. HELP MANSE just doesn't say either way.
