Having seen the loboshigaru picture, I wanted to mace some armour for them. But I was thinking, no one else would fit into something like that. Maybe make it so that we can indicate that it is only for a certain race, and it will only let them wear it?
Like all those one-eyed helms... who'd wanna wear those other than a krokani?
Shapeshifters would be stuck wearing normal plate/leather/whatever armour, unless they were in that racial form.
Except for that shapeshifter-only armour I was going to make... stretchy!

No way to make it so it only can be worn in the game by the right race, but no reason you can't make some anyway, and hope no one is stupid enough to wear something that makes no RP sense for them to wear. There will always be such people, of course, but that shouldn't stop you.

You should make Dwarven Platemail and it can only be worn by Dwarfs

Taurian helm, I like it. In fact, I'm not sure if a Taurian is incapable of wearing other types of helm, but as far as I'm concerned... Taurian helm is the only type of helm I can/will use, because it was designed specifically taking into account the cranial structure of the Taurian. It would be great to design race armour... or any armour. Stock Deepnight with 80/80 fieldplates!

Judging by the uberartist pictures you're gonna need armour with more room for the bust area.

Yeah, the breastplate for some of those females must have depleted several iron mines...
