As many of you have heard IG, I've been looking for a Celestian enchanter... I've been looking for like, three days. Pleeeease?


And I'm not going to bother getting unenemied to Mag for the enchanting because trade with Mag is banned anyways.

Cosmic is easy: Thule is one, and you can catch him at least once a week if you try. It's elemental that is impossible to find.

I know I had an elemental one from somewhere, I have a full levitation enchantment ring on. I just can't remember their name. :/ Or find them again.

We can't get them either. Speaking of which, any refillers around? I need them just as much as the levitate enchantment.

Also, where are the jewelers?

Actually, for jewelers, I'd prefer a Seren, but I wouldn't object to dealing with any non-enemy. I'd like to try to talk to you about that, but last time I tried to talk to you, you sent someone to kill me before I could even answer your question. That doesn't make me much inclined to open more negotiations and discussions.
