Anyone else having trouble with powerstones? I've tried it wielded and unwielded (in case things had changed), and enchanting power is still being drawn from me...

Works for me with Alchemy.

And me. Were the powerstones full?

yes. 1 was 100%, one 28%

Did you try to make a sigil?

Edit: normal enchanting (charges) greatrobes and statues can be done with powerstones. For sigils, tarot decks etc. it will always draw personal power though.
