I'm a Merian, I have no artis and didn't have mercy/perfection or anything, and this isn't water.. so is the life blessing regenerating me?

To add something more constructive, I've noticed something is odd with regeneration lately. A week ago when I was hunting Astral at night, with Mercy, Drawdown, and Moon Totem (level 3 mana regeneration) and Surge (small mana drain) I could moonburst 10 or so times in a row and my mana would never go into the yellow. But just yesterday I had to sit at night and wait for half a minute for it to regenerate 500 mana. Surge does not seem to be draining anymore mana than usual, and with a level 3 mana regen, it should not be that slow.

I wondered why I was regenerating in taint, as a dracnari.

Everyone seems to be regenerating at the time. My novice alt was regenerating not only health, but mana and ego as well. Maybe it should be like that, due to the lack of tattoos? Who knows.

I was regenerating in just plain flooded too, but I thought maybe it had been changed so that a room didn't need to be deluged before a Merian could get their regen from it.

Mercy, drawdown, and moon totem are effectively level 4 regen, actually. Regen is 2%, 5%, 8%, and then Mercy is an additional 5%.

You people are stealing my regeneration!
