Hey, not bad according to the results. I got 126, which apparently puts me in the top 5%.

Last time I took one of these tests I got 140something. (Different scales, apparently.)

So I'd really like to be pleased about this. But I don't think that was a very good IQ test. Some of those questions were very clearly knowledge rather than intelligence based. Meh.

I don't really believe in these IQ tests, I think they're kind of silly. My last official IQ test was when I was in 2nd grade, where they gave everyone in the grade an IQ test to decide whether or not we had a high enough IQ to join this Challenge program. I ended up being seleted and you basically got to miss class to do stupid things like play chess, do little puzzles and make paper airplanes .

Heh. Yeah, I'm just looking at these questions like, "Which proverb fits with blah" or whatever, and...you have to KNOW that, it's not intelligence based.

Not really a good test to base things on. I wonder how many of us end up in the top 5% bracket. So far 3 out of 3. HMMM. Slight discrepancies with the definition of "%" there.

151-160 as of Dec. 04, I believe the name of my test was Iq-II or BASIC-II not sure. I have an island of genious in a sea of stupidty, I am extremly well in certian areas of learning or knowledge, but have trouble in others.
I'm pissing it all away to go to university for a Major in International Studies and a masters in MSC...tsk tsk...

There -is-, there are specialiszed exams for every area of knowledge. IQ is not how smart you are, it is how fast and in what ways your brain can draw, and process information from a source, or bridge ideas in different or new ways.

I don't know, never taken online IQ test... since real ones ar like 2 hours long and you are watched for things like stalling, stuttering and mental waredown... *mutter*

I was measured at ~192 when I took the IQ test in 6th grade.

I wonder at approx. wha age your IQ results "stick". I am tested every December to see if there is a change. I can't wait to see my results after living in asia for a year...
