Do dreamweaving abilities use balance or equilibrium? I would expect certain abilities use one while others use the other. If so, which ones?

I think they all use eq. It is an entirely mental and spiritual skill, isn't it? I can't imagine it taking bodily movement as a requirement, so to speak.

Everything in dreamweaving takes equilibrium, everything in runes takes balances.

Everything is eq; however, one of the nice advantages is that many of the skills can be used while webbed, paralyzed, or prone.
