So what is your health and mana after the sacrifice? And how long does it last?

It boosts your current max health and mana by whatever you're at now (so it effectively doubles your health and mana) until you lose it.

Kinda like when a con def such as invoke yellow wears off then? You're still above max health but it doesn't fall for a bit?

It's probably the reason why sacrifice is so insanely stupid to pull off and I'd gladly lose that side-effect if it made me have a decent instakill.

How do you pull off sacrifice?

3 power skill, when they're crux'd and have four broken limbs.

First you crucify them for 8 power, then after the 8 seconds of equilibrium that cost and when they didn't writhe off it by then (2.5 seconds to writhe free), you have to somehow get their limbs broken..if all their limbs are broken, and they're STILL pinned on the cross, you may sacrifice for 3 power.

The only good part, is by the time you've got them set for sacrifice (better hope they got disconnected from the start), you've regained all your power.

Of course added afflictions like ectoplasm, epilepsy and scabies help greatly to keep them off balance, so they can't writhe, provided they don't actually cure them.

Ectoplasm costs a spell (for two guilds, only one of which is against Magnagora) to cure, or an enchantment for anyone else (which still takes balance/eq), so it's hard to cure.

Scabies can't be cured if they're on the cross, nor can epilepsy.
That said, it's still REALLY hard.

Crucify is great in team combat, too, and if you get crucified and shieldstunned you're pretty much dead.

That said, in solo combat it's lacking.

Why does needing an enchantment or a spell to cure something make it hard to cure?

I mean, you need herbs and potions to cure other afflictions, that doesn't make them hard to cure does it?
