A small study.

We'll check on the bug thing(Yes he bugged it in game), but you could have had thin blood or something and didn't notice it. Also I believe manifestations have an attack with no message, that could explain it aswell.

Don't think so. They don't cause bleeding in excess of 250, that I've ever seen. Those three attacks shouldn't have been above 300, by all standards I've seen before. Not sure how stacky thin blood is, though making it 8x seems ouch-full.

Unless you attack a manifestation, it won't harm you. I checked all my afflictions, and even truehealed once and I still got hit with 2300 bleeding

Isn't thin blood "relapsing", in that it hits you with venoms twice, as opposed to increasing bleeding?

I'm actually not sure, I was just trying to think of any possibile reasons for it besides the obvious of a bug. We'll look into it.
