Is there some new skill that allows one to tell how many months an item has left, because I suddenly can't see them any more. I bugged it, but I wanted to know if it was supposed to be like this now or not.

probe the item. If it doesnt list a time, it's permanent.

What exactly are you not seeing a decay time on?

No, I was talking to (her? I'm pretty sure it was a her - let's assume it is so I can type) and she's never been able to see decay times from the start. On anything. Can't see it on items in shops or other people's items either.
