If you teleport to someone, and they move, the teleport fails.
Why does the teleport work if they move a bunch and then move back to where they started? I know why it does that by the mechanics, but common sense would say it would fail.
I propose that when you move, it makes the teleport attempt fail, so you can move and then move back to where you started.
Didn't happen to me yet, but it might *shrug*.

Same with summon. I would know, as I've walked back into the same room probably 9 out of the last 10 times that it happened to me *mutter*. I think the reasoning behind it is so that you couldn't just teleport/summon spam instantly after the person moves. Now when you summon or teleport, the person doing it doesn't know for sure if it will work until the target is probably a good distance closer to where they want to be. If that makes any sense.
But hey, if the admins want to change it, would be fine by me

I got it:
If the target moves, it instantly fails. The target can move back, and all that good stuff. However, not until the teleport would normally be finished is the caster told weather it succedes or fails. That way there is stilll the delay, but it still works nicely.
