It's illegal on both games to trade anything IC like gold, or credits bought with gold, for anything outside the game. Hence, you cannot use achaean gold to get lusternian credits. Nor can you use credits bought with that gold, to trade for lusternian credits.

Uh, if your character in Achaea has a ton of gold but you want to play in Lusternia and someone else has a bunch of gold in Lusternia but likes to play Achaea, I don't think there's anything wrong with you and that other person trading gold or credits. You're not doing anything illegal.
