I needed a referendum for the clan. I'm not clan head. But didn't know how the referendum privs work.

Anyways, I made a new referendum and thinking "Cool, it means I can just do this myself instead of going through another".

Then I tried to title it and it says "You cannot do this".

Huh? So I tried to make its description and it says "You cannot do this".

Why can people make referendums that they cannot edit or even erase?!

I feel your pain. I created like 5 referendums in the geomancer guild clan before I realized I didn't have privs to edit or erase

Projects are messed up too. When I was an undersecretary, I could create projects, but when i got bumped up to Secretary, I couldn't anymore.

Meh that's just insane.

An election has characters as choices, a referendum has sentences.
