I can't cartel shadowfeast yet either. I assume there's some bug in the code.

CARTEL RAVENTHREAD has never worked, and not a single design related skill works for it yet. I'll bug it when I've got a minute where I'm not doing something else, though.

I'm fairly sure I bugged CARTEL RAVENTHREAD not working before, though. I may not have, cause I know I was going to wait till we had a TM to see if everything else worked.
