I was just playing around with different regeneration rates, so I thought I'd share the results:

My maximum willpower is 18530.

Meditation alone (Transcendant Discipline):
32 willpower per tick.

Meditation + manse willpower gem:
47 willpower per tick, occasionally 32. Average: 43.25 per tick.

Meditation + Circlet of Will:
56 willpower per tick.

Meditation + manse willpower gem + Circlet of Will:
71 willpower per tick, occasionally 56. Average: 67.25

Meditation + greenman:
36 willpower per tick.

Meditation + greenman + Circlet of Will:
60 willpower per tick.

Meditation + greenman + manse willpower gem + Circlet of Will:
75 willpower per tick, occasionally 60. Average 71.25.

Conclusions:
- Greenman facepaint provides extra 4 willpower per meditation tick.
- Circlet of Will artifact provides extra 24 willpower per meditation tick
- Manse willpower gem provides approximately extra 11.25 willpower per meditation tick. (With a cycle just over that of meditation, it contributes about every 3 of 4 meditations)

Well, obviously I was bored.

Well, it adds up when you need to regenerate 15000 willpower

I wonder if the regen is a function of max willpower, or if those rates are constant?

Man, I wish I got that kind of will regen. 25000 will is a lot to get back 20 at a time while meditating

You can do that? I can't cosmicfire myself...

For some reason, mages and druids can hit themselves. Probably because pointing is an emote. You can cosmicfire yourself with clumsiness though.

Hmm, if the base regen is 20 per tick... am I missing a defence? Does everyone else get 20 willpower regen per meditation message?

Discipline affects your willpower regen.

They all do. I just don't have a good connection, so timing by meditation tick was easiest.

well without those stuffs, just plain meditating and oh well, add greenman, i think it's based on int (yeah max wp) coz that was my problem when I was Igasho..I was always out of wp...then I reincarnated into elfen and never had that problem again...well I am Igasho again and got the same problem back...So I think the higher your int, the faster you regenerate wp..but then again I maybe wrong

meh, why waste 2% exp and 10 power?

Just get yourself a vial of crotamide (or whatever the lethal poison is), stand next to your nexus, sip, wait a couple of seconds and there you are with full willpower and barely any exp lost. Of course, you might still lose 10 power from the conglutination but who cares. Everyone can do it too.

Though I have to say, killing yourself to regain willpower is -really- weird, from a roleplay perspective, unless your character is the super dedicated type of person...

With a max of 26000 willpower (20 int, level 80) , I got 20 willpower a tic while meditating. I'm doubtful max will or int affects will regen.

Missing shrine willpower regen aswell. Time for more testing.
