Um. You do way, way more damage than that, and mages have way, way less max health than you. All seems fair to me!
The only lame thing about that log is stacking tremors/lodestone and rockslide, you shouldn't be able to do that.

The reason why rockslide did so much damage is because you were prone on the ground. It deals much less if you are standing up. Kaervas either timed his effects right, or it was a fluke that you became prone and the rockslide occured immediately afterwards.

Random demesne effects are maybe half as good as timed effects. Demesnes are easy when they are out of sync.

Right, we have other methods to lower damage, but that doesn't negate the fact that some Geomancers still believe they don't do enough damage when it is plainly obvious that you are managing 1300 damage against Ixion, a Knight with Trans resilience and fullplate, or Revan doing 1000 against Shiro. Not to mention that almost every fighting Mage nowaday time their demesne.

Don't need any talent to time it. Just geocast earthquake and you'll get lodestone/rockslide hitting together.

So any chance we can stop people from timing demesne effects? It's really rediculous that the demesne can passively do over 1000 damage every 8 seconds, not to mention virtually unblockable.

The biggest hinderence would be to drink a sip of love...that slows mages down a lot IMO. Since we have to keep rejecting you, meanwhile our demesnes aren't hitting.
