I noticed that at this point it is impossible to cast most beneficial enchantments on people using jewelry.

For example:

That was me trying to cast Mercy enchantment on Mazeb. I think it would be very beneficial if we were allowed to do this. We can cast, Cleanse, Diminish, and enlarge on people. Why not kingdom, mercy, beauty and perfection

It would be a cool idea if we could and I don't think it would cause any particular coding or balance problems to do so. Up to the public response and the Divine

I would really like it for casting on novices. It goes quicker when you are teachng them about things.

If they did. Why? You can cast cleanse on people, enlarge and diminish.

Because those are spells from Elementalism and Cosmic skillsets. Kingdom, Beauty, Mercy, and Perfection aren't spells from any particular skillsets, just Enchantments. That's why you can cast the former three on others, but not the latter 4.

I don't understand why it matters if you can point it at other people or not though.

I am not talking about casting it directly. I mean like pointing it at people with a wand or something.

You could just give it to them and tell them what to do with it.

I know what I could do. I am just wondering why this isn't possible. It would be fun.
