To enter all you have to do is send me a message with your design. Also please refer to the scroll HELP TRADEMASTERS. It has a nice section detailing design guidelines. No letters please and no tells. A message will suffice. First place will receive 5 credits, second place will receive 5000 gold and third place will receive 1000 gold.
