This is from my own parleying experiences so far, which Aesyra did for me, she's an emissary with trans influence. I'd like to make some sort of parleying chart, so people at least get an idea what they have to pay, instead of not paying enough, or way too much and wasting thousands of gold.
All but mining villages.. : 50.000 gold.
The three mining villages, Angkrag, Rockholm, Southgard.. : 70.000 gold.
The cosmic planes of Nil and Celestia.. : 150.000 gold.
The Faethorn realm.. : 150.000 gold.
Moonspirit and Nightspirit.. : 100.000 gold.
Kelpies and Ladantine.. : 100.000 gold.
If someone parleyed something for less, or something not mentioned, please add it to the list.

So you can waste all the money if you pay too little?
I think it should work like this: you negotiate the price first, and then you decide to pay or not.
But if it's not gonna be changed, such a chart's gonna be useful.

I really like the idea of haggling the actual price.

Meh it's cool how it is; has a certain bitter-sweetness to it.

It sure does.

Mostly bitter, I'd imagine. Parleying as it stands kind of reminds me of Mr Burns from the Simpsons.
"Here's 25,000 gold, my life savings, sir"
"Excellent. Smithers, Release the hounds."

No you don't! I surely won't!

I just prefer to get Amnesty and refresh it every few months (but there's always that chance of complete un-enemying)
Stangmar2005-06-30 23:16:52
I need to get unenemied to Delport, Stewartsville, Estelbar, Southgard, Rockholm, Nomads, Mesa, Moonspirit, and Faethorn.

So do I. :\\

I need unenemied to Southgard. And there's no way in Nil I'll ever make 70k IC, so it looks like I'll have to blow off some credits at some point.
