It would be great if we could add in roulette and blackjack tables. I'm making an airship out of Chade's old manse, Setzer style, a la FF6, and it would be neat to have those in there. I'm sure other players would find this to be a neat addition as well!



...and what about those alembics and pentagrams? We've shot down all the arguments, except that it takes time to code.

Anyway, I'm first in line for a manse alembic! Well OK, Richter's definitely first in line, and probably some other manse-fiends. But I'm in the front part of the line!

I think we could use a couple more things in general for manses. They're fairly useless right now, safe for having a shop or pure RP, no?

I wouldn't say that endurance/willpower regeneration gems, miniature tradeskill places, or safes are useless.
They're just expensive.

How about enchantable statues/totems in manses? Or observation rooms where you can sense everyone on the planes, or astrolabes, or quiz rooms, or being able to create rifts to prime?

To be honest, I'll just be happy when libraries are implemented, assuming they're not hella expensive. (Well, that and the forbidden environments... )

Sure things like furniture will be comming out some day too.

I only go outside because I can't get to the post office, forge, alembic, etc. Why would I ever leave my manse if those things were in there?!

Buy a forge and bribe guildmates to ferry mail.

Why do you need an alembic? Are pets worth enough xp now that you can bash your own manse meaningfully?

We need an alembic/pentagram because they have all the others.

And I can't kill my pet, so there's no exp there. I am however, going to beg for rats.

I've been informed that They are not allowing alembics or pentagrams, nor newsrooms, and not likely with the banks and post offices. Also, furniture is not an option at this time.

Kind of sad, really, but They do have a good number of things to do, and don't seem to have the time or people to do other things, like manses right now.
