Upon to which a heart has broken

Upon to which a heart is broken,
One cannot dream of how it should be,
For when we yearn for a life unturned,
Can it be how we wish it to be?

For a shadow a rose,
A gift to night,
A world we ponder ourselves,
A kiss today,
Is a sadness tomorrow,
For this is how it is, in turn.

The worlds we believe in are those,
to where we don't.
The shadows of lies,
Is never to be the answer,
The worlds of wraith,
upon a light,
Is what we seek, agmonst the anger.

Give me a time,
and I will tie a heart to a stone,
Give it time,
And it will shatter.
Hold it down,
And it's might may frighten,
Those who are not accustomed to it's strength.

Sit on the rose, let it prick thy,
let the blood fall down softly,
Let a heart be shattered,
On through the night,
And admist the lives,
it is pondered...

Not bad at all. Seems a touch forced, but otherwise it stands on its own two feet. Well done.
