Has anyone else watched this show by the comedy group? Thoughts?

Its horrible. Probably one of the worst shows on comedy central. Waste of air-time

It warps your brain, do not watch more then one episode per week.

Mind of Mencia is better IMO.

I can honestly see where you're coming from; the show has its own sense of humor. All the same, I wouldn't say it's a waste of air time. I think it's neither great nor horrible and it has its moments.

As for Mind of Mencia, how's that? All I'm getting from the ads is "offensive humor." If I wanted that, I could just watch Chappelle.

Mind of Mencia is more on a 'Drawn Together' offensive level then a 'Chappelle's Show' level, from what I've seen.

Any one who has ever talked to me would know I have a good appreciation of weird humor, but Stella does nothing for me at all. I've laughed more at test patterns

I didn't get big laughs out of Stella (except for the second episode), but I thought it was pretty funny in that it just made me think, "This is the most ridiculous situation ever."

My favorite stella scene was when they get kicked out of thier appartment and the key is under the mat, which is at the dry cleaners.


Stella is Kids in the Hall meets a sitcom.


Mind of Mencia is another version of the Chapelle show, but focused on the Latino/a community rather than the black community.

Just as DL will be the Black man's Daily Show.

Anyway, I liked Stella. But I'm silly as heck and the show is dumb. I've only seen about 2 episodes though

I believe the comercial is... "Come catch me fri and sat nights.. Its just like the daily show but ...(lists bunch of random stuff that make it sound more "hip")"
