Ok, so I'm a beginning Alchemist and had some general questions to ask....
1) Under the syntaxes for how to use potions it says Almagation Costs: # percent of power reserves, I was wondering what that was.
2) What are Power Stones for?
I'll think of some more as it goes along.

When you wield powerstones the % of power cost comes form them rather than your own personal power.

When you make a potion, it draws power out of your reserves to amalgamate (fuse/make/create/whatever) it. The number is how much it'll take. If you wield a powerstone, though, the power will be drawn from there instead.

What's the difference in power if you wield the powerstone rather than leaving in your inventory?

If you don't wield the powerstone, the power usage comes out of your personal reserves.
