Idea: City/manse rooms that lets you set your price at what you will buy something at, based on the comms it took to make it.
Person goes to the store, sees that they will buy old armour with steel valued at 50, iron valued at 10, leather valued at 5. They sell thier armour for however much gold (and that gold must be in the pawnshop stockroom), and the merchant can either resell it or smelt it.
Just another neat idea. I'm full of those.

Could introduce some bartering skills into the Influence skillset and make the prices negotiable .

It's a good idea, but it definitely has to stay Manse-only.
