Gold binder (not sure if it's an appropriate name) would be a container with separated compartments that you put in your stockroom. You could attach each of those compartments to a specific bin/bins in your shop to automatically sort the income. No more heaps of gold just lying on the ground in the stockroom. It could also have a lock attached in case if someone robs the shop. (Though it shouldn't happen and if it does, there's more value in the goods most likely anyway. But it's always something if they can't get the gold.)
I can see two uses for this, except mentioned theft prevention. One is that you can easily distinguish how much money you earned for different kind of stuff if you use your bins effectively to sort your goods. Second is that if you sell someone else's stuff, you can put it in a separate bin/bins and there's no problem with figuring out how much money do you need to give them for their wares that were sold.
On another note, I'd like to ask if someone uses artisan containers in their shop. I have that idea of having several pieces of it, like 2 chests and 2 cabinets, and putting my wares into them. I'd also lock it in case if someone gets into the stockroom. I have serious doubts, however, if I could put the stuff for sale if it was in the container. It would be really nice not to have those heaps of stuff just lying on the ground though.

As far as I know you can't put items for sale if they're inside a piece of furniture. Unfortunately, cause I'd really love to be able to do that too.
And aye, it'd be great if we were able to somehow get the gold stored away somewhere instead of just having it lying around on the floor. I mean, which shopkeeper would want to do that?
